Avoid for large groups - staff is rude, not flexible and the transportation over priced

点评：If you are booking for a large party, this company is not the right choice for you. They lack customer service and the experience was less the easy for us. We booked this private transfer to help me transfer my large family back from Xel Ha to Xcaret Hotel Mexico. Plan was to meet at 2:30 pm but the rain that day delayed our arrival to meet up and I asked the team if they could wait. Initially they said they could only wait until 2:45 PM in email only to follow back 13 mins later to tell us he can only wait until 2:40 pm. Since this park is remote and signal is limited, it was hard for me to connect with my entire group and his team via phone or email. As I was trying to locate the busses at 2:45, Anelsmo called me and was super rude. He yelled and threaten to leave my family behind because he was late to his next pick up. This cause me to go into a panic attack and the Xcaret staff was the only staff helpful enough to show me where the busses were. The entire situation was super stressful and disappointing simply due to the interaction I had with Anelsmo. I understand schedules but things happen all the time especially when trying to coordinate large groups in unfamiliar places, but Anelsmo and his team did not make the situation easier by yelling over the phone. We finally arrived to the busses at 2:47 pm and were able to get back after I arrived to the meeting point in tears. We paid $320 USD for a transfer that is less than 35 minutes. We should have spent that money on taxis instead because they were readily available and much more convenient. Do not book this and expect any type of customer service and support from this team
