点评：pre tid bit: this review is for the station wagon and does not reflect the company as a whole or any of the other vehicles available. Me and my bf rented the station wagon for a two week road trip from Sydney to Melbourne back to Sydney. Both of us have travel on a budget and have stayed in pretty poor conditions, therefore seeing this as a budget travel option we thought it was good value for money. When we received the vehicle we immediately saw it was not what was advertised. We were made aware that there would be wear and tear - but this was beyond that. The car genuinely looked like something you'd see in a junk yard. The exterior was covered in rust, with damages that question the safety of the vehicle (see photos). The interior was filthy. Damage to seet and gear box's, there was a horrendous smell that only got worse with time. The worst part about it all was when leaving the car both our shirts were stained. We spent one night sleeping in this car and couldn't imagine another two weeks. Due to the conditions we thought it was better to just return the vehicle than continuing on with our holiday. On the other hand, the customer service was genuinely outstanding. They listened to and understood our grievances with the car and so offered a full refund, saving our holiday. Massive props to both the two Sams and Tom for helping us, cannot thank you enough and hence the one star. If renting an actual campervan I'm sure your experience will be a lot better than ours as these vehicles were given much better care and attention. But as it stands avoid the station wagons at all cost. Recommend that if this is your only option, just get a cheaper rental car and tent for a much more affordable trip.
