Poor standards all round
The Spa at Mottram Hall的点评
点评：Poor hygiene standards. Poor general maintenance. Changing rooms way too small. Lockers broken.
Breakfast buffet table was empty and no cups or plates. All tables filled with dirty plates.
Booked my daughter for an exfoliation treatment, and she got a different treatment. Very disappointing for the money it cost me.
Not enough loungers for number of people that are there. Steam room door broken.
Not enough modern facilities.
Added to which trying to speak to someone on customer service line is almost impossible. I waited up to 45 mins before giving up on numerous occasions. I emailed over 10 times without a single response .
Crazy how a business operates like this, making profit and operating such poor standards.
The regular members are saying the same. I heard 3 such members airing their complaints to spa day visitors just today.
I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere
