点评:We visited in July and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service we received did not take place in the spa setting as clearly advertised on their website. Instead, it was held in a disheveled hotel meeting room, which lacked the spa atmosphere we were expecting and paying for.
There appears to be an ongoing water leak issue in their main facility, which we were not informed about until we got there. According to the manager, this problem has been going on for several months, and other reviews suggest it may have started a couple years ago. I have empathy for an emergency, I do not have empathy for dishonestly or misrepresentation of services.
The temporary setup was far from clean or calming. There were dirty towels piled up in corners of the room, furniture was disorganized, and the space felt chaotic. One of the massage techs used the restroom and flushed a toilet just a few feet away from us while we were still lying down after our massage. My wife and I both agreed it was the most unusual and uncomfortable massage experience we’ve ever had.
We understand that things happen, but customers deserve to be informed about major changes to the experience before arriving. There were no robes, no spa ambiance, and no real opportunity to relax. It felt more like a bait-and-switch than a professional spa service. They will not tell you any of this until you arrive, at which time there is a 50% cancellation fee.
I also noticed some of the 5-star reviews were made by employees - I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Spa management, feel free to respond to my email or reach out at any time, i'd love to have a chat about our experience. Dishonesty via bait and switch is a losing strategy.
