Expected More for the Price Paid

点评：We had previously visited Dru Relax during the winter season and came back in the summer with our children, expecting the same experience. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.
The biggest downside was that the changing rooms with private shower cabins and hair dryers were closed during the summer, without this being mentioned anywhere on the website. We came prepared with towels, soap, and everything we needed, expecting to be able to shower before leaving, just as we had done during our winter visit.
After spending the entire day in the pools and the SPA area, we had to leave without being able to wash the chlorine and salt off our skin with soap and water. We then went straight to a restaurant and later drove for about an hour with wet hair because there were no hair dryers available. When I asked the manager why these facilities were closed during the summer, the answer was simply: "Take a shower at home." I did not find this to be an appropriate response to a paying customer.
We paid 95 RON per person for the entrance fee, and at that price I expected at least the possibility to take a shower and dry our hair before leaving, especially since these facilities are available during the winter season.
In addition, the children's pool felt very cold, and from early in the morning it was full of flies. During the approximately seven hours we spent there, I did not see anyone removing them. The sun loungers were dirty, and there were far too few trash bins for the number of visitors.
The children's area is a nice feature, and that is the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.
I hope the management understands that a pleasant experience is not just about pools and water slides, but also about cleanliness, proper maintenance, functional facilities, transparency, and respect for customers who pay for the services provided.
