Given the membership fees, the overall value for money is not justified. There are also concerns regarding the handling of personal data, which raises questions about trust and accountability.
In summary, the current standard of service and facilities falls short of what is expected. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience. I now look forward to moving to a gym that offers a higher standard of service, maintains its facilities appropriately, and treats its long-term members with fairness, professionalism, and respect.
