Miserable staff , no food , not good

点评：I received this as a spa gift for a spa day at bannatynes , we picked the Peterborough one as had the best reviews . We understand this isn’t a spa it is a health club but honestly it was disappointing- the woman who ‘greeted’ us in (brown longish hair) didn’t smile, looked so miserable to be there and just said ‘what’s your surname’ didn’t say have a nice day just really miserable . The pool steam and sauna are nice but I prefer the facilities at my gym - it’s not a spa. The lunch we went to ordered two ladies were just speaking their own language , noticed me but ignored me to finish their chat. All the sandwiches were gone , there was nothing to order, no salad bowl, all jacket potatoes were gone we asked for soup and she shrugged as if to be frustrated with us wanting to eat something. We settled on a scone that tasted like dust. I mean, the women staff members here really need a kick up the bum - so so miserable ! Impressive they find so may miserable people in one place . Although lovely man with a beard on reception answered our question throughout morning. Massage ok . Check out was again the woman with long brown hair , didn’t ask if we had a nice time, didn’t say bye infact just said done when I handed wristbands and I asked what was done and she said the money back for the lockers! Honestly five stars for managing to find so many miserable employees. Perhaps if you come gym here it’s a good health club for you but honestly misses the mark massively.
