Appointment details: 1:00 PM, two people, booked for myself and my wife. Arrival and waiting: We waited in the relaxation room for our massages, but there was a delay without clear communication.
Then a staff member informed us that the massages could not be done together, so my wife went in first.
Massage lady stated that she would call me in after my wife’s appointment. Approximately one hour passed with me waiting in the relaxation room and no one arriving to invite me for a massage or to provide an update. When I finally approached the reception area, it appeared that I had been forgotten or overlooked, and no one followed up to complete my treatment.
We experienced unnecessary waiting time and frustration. The inability to receive both treatments together disrupted our plans for the day. The lack of proactive communication or proper follow-up from staff diminished our overall experience and left us dissatisfied with the service.
At the end receptionist lady found another massage lady who could complete my treatment. But the massage was unpleasant as massage lady had very long nails and was scratching my back.
No apology or explanaition why it happened was received from staff.
We have also spoken with your other clients and they have received discount vouchers to use for creams and complimentary face masks. Which we have not been told about by your team.
