点评:Very disappointing experience due to poor customer service at reception.
I was visiting on a guest pass that had been given to me as a gift, and I was genuinely considering joining after using the facilities. Unfortunately, the attitude of the reception staff completely put me off.
Two members of staff were extremely rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive — no smile, no greeting, and no basic courtesy. Their behaviour was so uncomfortable that I had to ask another staff member for their names, which I believe were Siobhan and Becky/Rebecca.
This was especially disappointing because the sales consultant I spoke to later was absolutely lovely — polite, informative, showed me around, and answered all my questions professionally. Sadly, the poor front-of-house experience overshadowed everything else.
First impressions matter, and in this case, they cost the business a potential new member. I will not be returning.
