Wouldn’t return!! Not a four star hotel!!

点评：First time staying here, entrance, hotel reception looks nice
Asked for fridge in room for sons specialist meds/diet lady said she would she what she could do, didn’t get back to me.
I felt the room was a disappointing, definitely not four star rooms (see pictures)
spacious but Plain, basic, simple, dirty, cold!
The website states book direct and get the best prices.
Direct Website was £129
Booking.com £96
Even with the 20% code what’s on the webpage booking.com came up cheeper. (Make it make sense?)
I did email/message regarding this before i arrived but didn’t get a response. So I just booked with booking.com and set off.
Pool like leisure centre not spa.
Bath- hot water tap super powerful pressure, which fills the bath with scolding water within seconds. cold water tap literally drips, you need to leave cold water tap on at least 20 minutes to cool the hot water in the bath down.
Had this weird screeching sound like a stove kettle boiling started at 8pm
couldn’t figure out where it was coming from through the walls piping or the radiator. Called reception to ask what it was or how to stop it and they said they thought it was fixed . It won’t stop so I would have to change rooms. 9.20pm had to pack all belongings up and move rooms with my 6 year old with disability’s who didn’t understand and took ages to then settle again. Room was freezing took hours to warm with radiator.
Felt like going home if I didn’t have my little boy with me I would have left.
(This room was cleaner than room 12)
I sent an email first yesterday morning and unfortunately no direct response.
Also spoke with lady in the phone when changing rooms (didn’t care)
Would I stay again? It’s a definite no from me .

泳池更像是休闲中心，而不是水疗中心。
浴缸——热水龙头水压过大，几秒钟内就会注满滚烫的热水。冷水龙头滴水，你得开着冷水龙头至少20分钟才能把浴缸里的热水降温。
晚上8点开始，房间里发出一种像水壶烧水一样的刺耳尖叫声。
我搞不清楚声音是从哪里发出来的，是墙里的管道还是暖气片。我打电话给前台询问这是什么声音，以及如何才能停止，他们说他们以为已经修好了。但声音还是没停，所以我不得不换房间。晚上9点20分，我不得不收拾所有东西，带着我6岁的残疾儿子换了房间。他听不懂，过了好久才重新安顿下来。房间冷得要命，开暖气也花了几个小时才暖和起来。
如果不是带着儿子，我真想回家。
（这个房间比12号房间干净多了）
我昨天早上就发了邮件，可惜没有收到直接回复。
换房间的时候也跟电话里的女士聊过（我不在乎）。
我会再次入住吗？绝对不会。
