点评：Awful!! I really hope my daughter didn't pay a lot for this "spa day".
We arrived to no one on reception, not her fault she was helping in the cafe. Finally she came down and checked us in and told us about the spa. We paid £40 for the bags and flipflops and expected the £20 to be refunded at the end of our visit, to be then told it will be back on your card in a week!!
The other whole area needs finishing off, looks extremely scruffy and worn.
We placed our food order an hour before, all 2 of the options available hardly anything to shout about.
We arrived for food my partners came out cold and mine arrived when he had finished! She was struggling on her own.
We actually couldn't wait to leave and didn't wait for the included treatment.
Basically it's a swimming pool with a steam room! Don't waste your money! Definitely don't feel stress free 🤯
