Last November I decided to treat myself to a VIP Ritual - Sonic Energy & Elemis Enhanced Facial. (Booked via Klarna - book now pay in 30 days)
Unfortunately I had to cancel this due to personal reasons. I did explain the reason on the phone to one of the therapists.
I asked for a confirmation email of the cancellation which was done several days prior to my appointment date.
I thought this would then be automatically cancelled off with Klarna, however, on Christmas Eve I received an email from Klarna to say my Bannantyne payment was overdue! I was shocked!!! I phoned Klarna straight away and sent them the confirmation email from the Spa. The Klarna agent told me that Bannantyne had to confirm the cancellation their end, I immediately phoned Bannantyne Mansfield and was told that the Spa Manager couldn’t authorise my Klarna refund and the administrative person was on leave until after the Christmas period, the person I spoke to said that the Spa Manager had advised sending an email to the general manager (Martin) which I did and have not received a response!
I have phoned several times and Martin is always in a meeting and hasn’t tried to phone me back once!
OR I’m fobbed off being told he’s not in on that day! This has caused me so much stress!
I have tried to email Bannantyne Customer Service and have received a few emails back saying that there is a temporary problem delivering my message!!!!!!
I have tried phoning the main Bannantyne customer service number on various days/times and I get an automated message saying “this persons phone is switched off”
This is awful customer service.
I have had to pay £109 for a treatment I haven’t received I haven’t had any response from the general manager.
Absolutely disgusted how a company can treat people this way.
