点评：Facility Manager tone deaf!! One of the poorest customer service experiences ever!!! From parking to hotel room, steep, winding incline on rocks. Not ADA friendly. Not for elderly or anyone not fit. No help available for luggage. You must put your back into it and drag your bags up the rock, gravel and muddy dirt winding steep incline. No bellhop or porter assistance with bags. Again…Guest must muster strength and courage to navigate the rugged path to your room. Tone Deaf facility manager sent a busboy, housekeeper and a couple of facility staff to walk with guest trying to manage their own physical labor to get bags to room. Facility Mgr says when we are almost to the top of the terrain that they have a trolley for bags! Why wasn’t it used or offered to guest? Wine Tasting, Restaurant and Gift shop closed during daylight. No food or drinks available in this isolated place. Picnic basket brought to room with 3 slices of salami, small jar of olives and 6 slices of cheese to sustain one overnight. Room fridge did have sodas and a couple bottles of water. Several slices of pastries (if you are not diabetic). These were the options. Wi-fi logon is not easily found and not clearly explained. We received a credit on our room to use in a shop that was closed or closing. After seeing several from the bus piling outside the shop door, we were invited in. Clerks couldn’t add souvenir purchases correctly and some items not marked and had to leave the shop to find some assistance. Do not stay here unless you are training for an Iron Man competition and/or seek total isolation. Only 1 tv in our 2 bedroom suite. No phone. Facility uses WhatsApp to communicate and only found this out by going down the incline in the light rain to seek assistance.
