点评:I had such a horrible experience at the Constantia Uitsig Wine Tasting Room. First of all they make you pay for the reservation before time which is okay. But the fact that I don’t receive any confirmation of my reservation is absurd. Cause I tried calling them the whole week to try and make changes to my reservation. I was unable to get through. They have a WhatsApp number which I called and texted multiple times with no response. I do not think that is how a business should be run where there is zero responsiveness to queries. When I eventually made it to the wine tasting we were given a run around and zero accountability was taken from their side regarding the fact that I could not reach them the whole week. We ended up having to do the wine tasting before we could even go eat because they claimed they were fully booked which was a lie. I feel they really need to work on their customer relations and their booking systems. Their actual tasting was nice they have good wines but they need to treat their customers better.
