点评：My wife left a handbag in the ladies toilet at Watford Gap Northbound services last Saturday morning and only realised a couple of hours later. We rang Roadchef and were given a number for a member of the service team there, a lady called Tanis, who was most helpful and said she would look in the toilets and call us back. My wife was distraught at losing her bag but when we had the call back she was relieved to hear that the bag had been recovered by a member of the cleaning staff. Tanis then arranged for the bag to be delivered to the Southbound service area where it was held by the Manager of W.H.Smith awaiting our collection on the trip back yesterday. I called the number again after we had collected the bag to thank the staff and the cleaner. I cannot praise all those involved enough, they saved the day because we were celebrating my wife's birthday on the Saturday in a nice hotel in Manchester and knowing the bag had been found safe meant we could enjoy our stay. Many thanks and well done all.
