Aqua Sana Longleat Forest的点评
点评：Have visited many times before but this time was terrible. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the spa was severely overcrowded. We had to wait just to get in, which immediately took away from the relaxing atmosphere you’d expect. Once inside, things didn’t improve—none of the steam rooms or relaxation spaces were available, meaning we spent a lot of time waiting around rather than actually enjoying the facilities.
To make matters worse, the restaurant was fully booked, so we weren’t even able to have a proper break or meal during our visit. This has never been an issue for us before, which made the experience even more frustrating.
It honestly felt like the spa had overbooked beyond its capacity, and the overall experience was far from relaxing. Such a shame, as we’ve always loved coming here—but after this visit, we’ll definitely think twice before returning.
