😡 After visiting more than 30 countries, I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this. This was, without question, the most outrageous and disrespectful restaurant experience I have ever had.
From the moment we arrived at Tangerino Restaurant, everything was a disaster. A security guard took us through a back entrance and sent us upstairs to the first floor, where we were told to wait at a tiny waiting table until a proper dining table became available. We waited… and waited… and waited.
Eventually, only our group and three women were left. Even though we arrived first, they were seated before us. It appeared to us that they were prostitutes, yet they were given priority while we were ignored without a single explanation. 🤯
After more than an hour of waiting, we finally placed our order. We made it crystal clear that we wanted our food served only after we had been seated at an actual table. Instead, our starters were dumped on the waiting table. Then we were told the kitchen would close in 30 minutes and that this was the only place we could eat. Absolutely unbelievable. 🤦♂️
We tried to cancel the order and leave, but were told the food was already being prepared. We ended up walking out angry, frustrated, and paying for food we never even ate. Paying for a meal we didn’t eat because of your terrible management is unacceptable. 💸
The woman at the first-floor reception, together with the two security guards, were by far the most money-driven and unprofessional staff we have ever encountered. It genuinely felt as though they were waiting for us to offer them money before they were willing to give us a proper table. 💰
And the final insult? As we walked out, we saw plenty of empty tables on the ground floor. So why on earth were we forced to wait upstairs for over an hour? There was absolutely no justification for it.
😠 Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, terrible organization, zero respect for customers, and an experience that completely ruined our evening. We will never return, and we certainly cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

一楼接待处的女工作人员以及两名保安，绝对是我们遇到过的最唯利是图、最不专业的员工。他们似乎就在等着我们掏钱，才肯给我们安排一张像样的桌子。💰
最让人气愤的是什么？当我们离开时，发现一楼有大量空桌。那么，我们究竟为什么被迫在楼上等了一个多小时呢？根本没有任何理由啊。
😠 无论如何都千万别去这家店。服务糟糕透顶，管理混乱不堪，完全不尊重顾客。这次经历彻底毁了我们的夜晚。我们绝对不会再光顾了，也绝对不会向任何人推荐这家餐厅。
