点评：Purchased an Rv from them.
Took the RV out once, Forest River had to send 2 Techs out for an electrical problem. They got it patched and sent me on my way home.
Problems
Electrical malfunction
Broken sliding shower curtain
front door Grab handle
Loose wire awning
Black tank wont drain
Took the RV back to them for these warranty repairs
Talked to Art, should have known what was going to happen during this interaction but wanted to give him a chance I could have been wrong.
I wasn't
Returned after 6 weeks to get the RV that Art said was fixed.
Upon pick up he looked me in the eye and said all things were repaired and the electrical problem was my fault???
Then proceeded to tell me I owed $900 and change for the repairs???
What about the warranty, stolen $$$
When I asked for what his exact statement was that's what it cost and it was more??
Worthless
They brought up the RV and sent the Tech to me. While he was trying to tell me why the Electrical was my fault the shop manger called him away and said he had other things to do. So, I take it home, a month later I take it out for the second time.
NOTHING AND I MEAN ZERO OF THESE PROBLEMS WERE FIXED NONE
So off another dealer that actually wants to help and has customer service at the forefront of what they do. All problems were fixed quickly and efficiently
This was by far the worst experience possible, and the funny thing is they could care less. Save your time and money and start you RV/Boat purchase somewhere else
