From what I’ve seen, their consignment process lacks transparency. I witnessed a situation where a boat sold for around $15,000, but the consigner was only told the offer was $8,000. That alone raises serious concerns.
Customer service is also extremely poor. Management can be rude and dismissive, and I’ve even seen arguments with customers escalate to the point where police were called.
Staff also seem to have very limited knowledge about the boats they are selling, and they show little interest in negotiating or working with customers. I’ve also seen people drive long distances only to discover major issues with boats that were downplayed.
Overall, the experience and business practices I witnessed were very concerning. Buyers and sellers should be careful before doing business here.
