点评:The first time I tried this place was during winter of 2023. I took advantage of a Christmas package promotion and booked it, few days before my appointment I received a call saying their hydrocricuit wasn't working therefore we rebooked after 2 weeks. Ones again it wasn't working so they offered 2 gift cards for the water cricuit or else to reschedule. I didn't have many vacation days left, even though I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't get the "whole" experience and booked it regardless. I had the body scrub which was literally 5 minutes, followed by the massage. The massage and it's experience was amazing except for constantly hearing their automatic door opening and closing was very annoying. After the massage I had lunch and a facial done; both were good but I didn't enjoy the experience. The lunch was in the bistro but it was in a very open area and very loud; I felt weird sitting there with a bathrobe on while people were walking around. The facial room was right next to it that you can hear the noise through the wall which killed the relaxation mood. Since I only enjoyed the massage, I decided to gift it to my husband and a friend for their birthdays and they both enjoyed it as well. So I decided to book for myself.
Unfortunately, the day before my appointment I was in a medical emergency that I forgot about the appointment until I missed the call. I called back but I was the 4th on the line, while waiting I got called in so I had to hang up. After a super stressful day, it was late and they were closed so I emailed them explaining my situation and how I'll have to cancel my appointment as I was still at the hospital. They said they will charge me 100% of the charge due to their cancelation policy which I was fine with. I asked them to send me an insurance receipt then; and they refuse to send me the receipt saying the service wasn't given so they can't give it. I don't get what the big deal is; it's still a service I paid for, I received it or not, the therapist got paid with MY money. Their response was the insurance company wouldn't allow it; I still don't understand why they are refusing or what their problem is. It's my money for a service I paid. I received the service or not should not matter. Anyways, after the 1st not so great experience (this spa it's not for someone who is looking for a wholesome relaxation due to their poor wall insulation you can hear everything that's happening outside) and now with their heartless customer support (especially when I emailed and told them I am in the middle of a medical emergency) they will not get anymore business from me.
