点评:I am writing to express our disappointment and frustration about our experience at Lucky Voice Brighton.
Our booking was for 8 people on Saturday 10th February at 8.30pm and was part of my partners 40th birthday celebrations.
On arrival and once shown to our private Karaoke room, it was clear that there was a technical issue with the screen.
Attempts were made to try and fix this initially and for about 30 minutes and then we were just left waiting.
I went downstairs to then discuss with your member of staff who was at the front desk.
It took me another half hour to get him to finally agree to a full refund and his service and attitude to the problem was quite frankly beyond poor and was very rude.
It was actually your doorman who was more helpful and wanted to at least try and resolve the issue for us.
In addition to this, the same member of staff tried to charge a friend of mine on his debit card drinks that we didn't even order which just compounded our utter frustration of the evening which by this point in time was ruined.
I see an email confirming that my refund in full has been processed and I hope this happens swiftly.
Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Lucky Voice in the future and though I fully understand that technical issues can happen, why are the rooms not checked beforehand and clearly training of your staff members in showing a bit of respect to paying customers would be of great benefit
