Manager Theresa has been treating people extremely rude very standoffish for years

点评：We found this place several years back and went here with three of our boys and although it could’ve been a good time and they have upgraded since then which has made it better it’s unfortunate that the manager Theresa has always been extremely rude and degrading to her customers. She just wants to argue with everybody. I’ve witnessed her arguing with other customers, including myself she treats people very poorly, and I believe she is honestly one of the most rudest micromanaging and vindictive people I have seen in a business or in general. That says a lot when we own and run businesses and I talk to customers on a regular basis. I would never give my money to a business that continues to treat customers poorly, including young staff members, and I would most definitely never keep an employee who managed my company that way. She was rude years ago after three different times of going and her yelling or being very short and sighing and rolling her eyes at people wenever went back fast forward. We have a fourth boy and we went there for his birthday recently for her to give us a little bit of but I gave her a second chance and just took my youngest and a friend yesterday to have her be so extremely rude. The worst I’ve ever seen it started when we got there, and I realized everything was upgraded, and I wanted to know if I had to purchase tickets for arcade at the counter or if there was a machine inside and she got puffy with me and shookher head and snapped at me saying I don’t care it doesn’t matter. It’s whatever you have to do enrolled her eyes you can get them here if want or you can do it wherever and then I just said OK let me just get two bracelets for now and we’ll come back later well one of the boys lost tab off his bracelet mind you I came with two extra tickets from a previous visit for the birthday so they decided to do the mazeand the kids said two of you go in at once for one ticket, so I had an odd number on the bracelets left over after everything the day that’s the one that fell off. The young girl at laser tag said to go to the counter and have them give me a ticket for it because usually they won’t give you loose tickets while Theresa was at the counter and the boy and I explained to them what happened and she immediately started shaking her head no rolling her eyes and told him no and made meseem as if I was lying and was trying to just get something for free it’s pretty disturbing when you pay a lot of money for these places you’re trying to give your kids a great time and then you have somebody take away from them and then belittle you on top of that she refused to do it and they just threw the tag away. I said whatever I’m not worried about it anyways of arguing with her and causing a scene then we came in to do some pot pot and we are waiting at the counter for her to pull a tag and give a ball to each kid and she turned around and said what do you want? What are you here for …like what! I ignored it proceeded on observing and doing our thing I came back to the counter and asked if the boys were able to do thebounce house if they could send somebody back there, and the young kid took me back and took care of it. Everything was good, but I to go back to the counter because they both busted their lips open and they were bleeding to get a couple drinks and every time Icame to the counter, she was hocking over Kidlz glaring at me listening and always had her two cents to put in with a big attitude as if she thought I was trying to get something for nothing. I don’t know honestly he asked me if I needed a rag and I said no I found some napkins but thanked him walked away and then they decided that they didn’t want to jump no more so we didn’t even use our 30 minutes they were in there maybe 10-15 minutes tops. We decide to use the arcade wall. We can’t take drinks in there so I stood in the entryway, but prior to that I went to the counter to-buy tickets and said what is the average credits each machine takes I can’t go in there with the drinks and she got extremely rude with me and puffy puffy and very sarcastically told me it takes anywhere between 25 and 1000 credits per game, which blew my mind because that’s a lot said some other things to me as if she was completely annoyed and bothered at the fact that I was even asking her for help or-purchasing anything which was frustrating in itself. I went ahead when my gut wanted to walk out and purchased the tickets because the kids only had about 20 minutes before closing mind youthere was a lot of people in the restaurant eating and people in arcade and people outdoors still, I was not the only ones left, but I understand it’s closing time it’s closing time so I was giving warning times to the boys the whole process, but as far as when we purchased the card she was very snappy with the prompts following and then tossed the card to the boys on the counter and made some really rude comments to them that I thought was very inappropriate to the point where when we left there both 10 and 11-year-olds talk to me about it and I did not say anything to them. That’s sad when a child can recognize it! After they’re done playing the arcade and I tell them we got two minutes till closing come on let’s go. Let’s check your balance on thecard. I turned to a young boy and asked him. How do I check the balance on this car to see what credits are remaining, he there’s a kiosk in there so he went to show me and she caught in between us yelling at me telling me you cannot recharge yourcard we’re closing. You can’t do that and looked at the boy and said you can’t let people recharge their card. We close at 9 o’clock and continued when I looked at her and said I’m trying to check my remaining credits on the card and I had to repeat that twice because wouldn’t stop very rude while I was standing there observing when the kids were playing arcade games she was very I’m not sure the word I-want to use but with each of the young staff and then she would laugh, but very serious and she runs a tight ship there and make things are done, but it’s not in a good way. There was two older men there that I felt as if somebody said something about me because they were standing there glaring at me in theentryway, and I was the only one there from inside the kitchen one had a white polo on a taller guy kind of appeared as if may be the owner and the other guy had one of their shirts on it was shorter maybe another manager maybe of the kitchen I’m not-sure, but the whole atmosphere was giving uncomfortable vibes . This morning again, my kids and his friend didn’t hear me talking about this with my husband said that they felt uncomfortable because of the waymost of the staff were not very nice and that the place was fun but the people again weren’t very nice. Were kind of rude and you like you were dumb wow again when a child can see this it’s sad so again we will not be back unfortunately it’s an hour away from me. I’ll gladly go an hour another direction. I’ll spend my money where people actually appreciate it. before I left I asked one of the staff members what her name was and if she was the manager and they verified and told meand I said Yep, I remember her from years ago. She’s been here a long time and she’s the reason we did not come back for many years I had my youngest. It’s been six years or so since I’ve been there until this year and nothing has changed other than they’ve upgraded but again it’s not even-worth it when she treats people the way she does. It’s a shame if I could give this place is zero because of her I would but I said what they’ve done to. It is nice. It’s just poor management and poorly ran and it’s not cheap. To think I almost had my son’s birthday party there with a whole bunch of kids. I’m so grateful that I did not!
翻译：几年前我们发现了这家店，带着三个儿子去过。虽然当时感觉还不错，而且他们后来也升级了，确实有所改善，但很可惜的是，经理特蕾莎一直对顾客极其粗鲁无礼。她总是想跟每个人争吵。我亲眼见过她和其他顾客争吵，包括我自己。她待人非常恶劣，我认为她是我见过最粗鲁、最爱管闲事、最记仇的人之一，无论是在商业领域还是在其他方面。考虑到我们自己也经营生意，而且经常和顾客打交道，我这么说就足以说明问题了。我绝不会把钱花在一家如此恶劣对待顾客（包括年轻员工）的店里，也绝不会留用这样管理公司的员工。几年前，我去过三次，每次她都对人大吼大叫、态度生硬、叹气翻白眼，之后就再也没去过。我们家有第四个儿子，前不久为了庆祝他的生日，我们去了那里，想让她给我们一些小惊喜。但我还是给了她第二次机会，昨天带我最小的儿子和他朋友去了，结果她态度极其恶劣。这是我见过最差劲的一次。事情从我们到那儿就开始了，我发现所有设施都升级了，就问她游戏机的票是要在柜台买还是里面有机器。她突然就冲我发火，摇头冲我说她不在乎，这不重要。她翻了个白眼，说：“你想在这里买就买，想在哪儿买都行。”然后我就说：“好吧，那我先买两个手环，我们晚点再来。”结果其中一个儿子的手环上的标签掉了。要知道，我上次生日的时候还剩了两张票，所以他们决定去玩迷宫。孩子们说两个人一起进去只要一张票，所以那天最后剩下的手环是奇数，掉标签的就是那个。激光枪战游戏的那个小女孩让我去柜台拿张票，因为通常他们不会给散票。当时特蕾莎在柜台，我和男孩跟她解释了事情经过，她立刻开始摇头，翻白眼，拒绝了，还让我感觉好像在撒谎，想占便宜。花那么多钱来这些地方，本来是想让孩子们玩得开心，结果却被人剥夺了乐趣，还被人羞辱，真是太让人恼火了。她拒绝给我票，他们就把票扔了。我说算了，反正我也不在乎，不想跟她争论闹事。后来我们进去玩“Pot Pot”（一种游戏），在柜台等着她抽票，给每个孩子发一个球。她转过身来问：“你们想干嘛？来这儿干嘛……什么事！”我没理会，继续观察和做我们自己的事。我回到柜台，问孩子们能不能去玩充气城堡，能不能派人过去。那个小伙子带我过去，帮他们搞定了。一切都很顺利，但后来我又得回柜台，因为他们俩嘴唇都破了，流血了。我想买几杯饮料，但每次我去柜台，她都对着孩子们大声嚷嚷，瞪着我，还总是摆出一副高高在上的样子，好像觉得我想白嫖似的。说实话，我也不知道。他问我需不需要抹布，我说不用，我找到了一些餐巾纸，谢过他后就走了。然后他们决定不玩了，所以我们连30分钟都没用完，他们最多也就待了10到15分钟。我们决定去玩街机墙。里面不能带饮料进去，所以我站在入口处。在那之前，我去柜台买游戏券，问她每台机器平均要多少钱，因为我不能带着饮料进去。结果她态度极其恶劣，还很讽刺地告诉我，每局游戏要25到1000个游戏券，这让我大吃一惊，因为这可是很多钱啊！她还说了些别的，好像我问她问题或者买东西让她非常恼火，这本身就很让人沮丧。虽然我很想走，但我还是买了游戏券，因为孩子们离关门只有20分钟了。要知道，当时餐厅里还有很多人在吃饭，游戏厅里也有人，外面也还有人，我不是唯一剩下的人。但我明白快要关门了，所以整个过程中我都在提醒孩子们时间。但是，当我们买卡的时候，她态度非常生硬，问完问题后就把卡扔给柜台上的男孩们，还对他们说了一些非常粗鲁的话，我觉得很不合适。以至于我们离开的时候，两个分别10岁和11岁的孩子都跟我提起这件事，但我什么也没说。孩子都能听出来，真是令人难过！他们玩完游戏机后，我告诉他们还有两分钟就关门了，快走吧。我帮他们查一下卡里的余额。我转头问一个小男孩：“怎么查卡里的余额，看看还剩多少？”他说里面有个自助充值机，就过去给我演示。这时，她突然插到我们中间，冲我大喊：“你不能充值，我们要关门了！你不能这么做！”然后她看着那个男孩说：“你不能让顾客充值。”我们九点关门，我看着她，说我想查一下卡里的余额，她却一直没停下来，态度非常恶劣。我不得不重复两遍，因为她一直不停地问，很不耐烦。我站在那里看着孩子们玩街机游戏，她对每个年轻的员工都……我不知道该怎么形容，反正就是很严肃，一会儿笑一会儿笑，管理很严格，要求所有事情都按规矩办事，但方式不太好。门口有两个年纪比较大的男人，我感觉好像有人说了我什么，因为他们一直怒视着我。当时只有我一个人在厨房里。其中一个穿着白色polo衫，个子比较高，看起来像是老板；另一个穿着他们店里的衬衫，个子比较矮，可能是经理，也可能是厨房的，我不确定。总之，整个气氛让人很不舒服。今天早上，我的孩子和他的朋友又一次听到我和我丈夫谈论这件事，他们说感觉很不舒服，因为大多数员工态度都不太好。他们说，虽然那里的气氛很好玩，但人真的不太友善，有点粗鲁，还说你很蠢。哇，孩子看到这些真是太让人难过了。所以，我们以后不会再去了，很遗憾，它离我家有一个小时的车程。我宁愿去另一个方向，花一个小时的车程。我会把钱花在真正懂得欣赏顾客的地方。离开之前，我问了一位员工她的名字，是不是经理，他们确认后告诉我了。我说，是的，我记得她，几年前就见过她了。她在这里工作很久了，也是因为她，我们很多年都没再来过，直到我最小的孩子出生。从上次来到今年，大概有六年了，除了装修升级之外，其他一切都没变。但她对待顾客的方式，根本不值得再来了。真可惜，如果可以的话，我真想给她打零分，但我还是说了他们所做的一切。地方其实不错，只是管理混乱，运营糟糕，而且价格也不便宜。想想我差点就在那里给我儿子办生日派对，一大群孩子都去了。我真是太庆幸没去！
