Don't go with XXLofoten!
XXLofoten的点评
点评：I booked a tour called Snowshoe Nature Explorer. I don’t know why its not listed here. But I don't even want to give 1 star because the activity provider XXLofoten changed the time of the group tour from 1pm to 9am, yet I had booked the tour with Get Your Guide and they kept sending me reminders that the tour started at 1pm. I got a reminder the day before and on the day of the tour telling me the tour had a 1pm start. When I got to XXLofoten at 12.45 pm, I was told I had missed the tour, as the group went that morning at 9am.
When I explained the situation, XXLofoten said they had emailed me a while back with the change of time. When you're travelling you can't keep track of every email especially when Get Your Guide keeps sending reminders about a 1pm start. When I asked for a refund, I was met with an unfriendly and uncaring response from XXLofoten. When I insisted that I was owed a refund she agreed that Get Your Guide should have been notified of the change of time and that they should have notified me. She said that I was owed a refund and that she would contact Get Your Guide for my refund which I would receive in about 2 days. I still have not received a refund over a week later. So, no tour and no refund. XXLofoten don't care about their customers and I definitely do not recommend them. Do better, XXLofoten! Very poor customer treatment.
