"Sold" me Business Class Tickets to Shanghai, but the "real" tickets with American Airlines were all Economy

A Fraud. "Sold" me Business Class Tickets to Shanghai and but the "real" tickets with AA only had me as Economy
Total Fraud. Zero stars.
They showed me that I was going to get Business Class tickets for a 3 leg trip to Shanghai, and a couple of days later, when I checked with American Airlines, AA had me as economy for 2 legs and premium economy for one leg.
When I "purchased" the tickets they showed me the class confirmed with the American Airlines logo. A couple of days later when I found out they said it was a "glitch" and would do nothing to make it right. Calling customer service 6 times - two calls got dropped and they have done nothing to make it right.
I hate to sound like this, but not speaking good English should have been the warning sign - different people said they were in Canada or Delaware - but I doubt it.
I am trying to fight it with my credit card company - I have the documents. Will contact American Airlines next.
