DFDS Jersey的点评
点评：We were due to sail home after a very good holiday on Jersey but were let down very badly by DFDS.
We arrived at the ferry terminal 14:00 and were given our boarding passes and took our place in the allocated lane. After sitting there for some time another passenger tapped on the window of our car to tell us the ferry had broken down at 10:00 and we would not be sailing and they knew this four hours prior to us booking in.
There was the bedlam in the terminal as all passenger were stranded in Jersey.
We were told by a totally inconsiderate and uncompassionate girl on the desk after we (we are 75) had queued for over two hours that we would not get a sailing until Tuesday evening.
She then gave us a sheet of paper with a number of hotels listed and said go and ring these and see if you can get a room for three days, we said this is a joke and who is going to pay for this accommodation, she replied you will be able to claim back £70 pre day and ushered us away from her desk. Customer care was a joke, we didn't even get an apology.
We did manage to find accommodation but not from the list provided as they were full.
We have received compensation since from DFDS but the compensation fell far short of the accommodation and expenses we incurred and the total lack of empathy shown to us we would never travel with DFDS again we have been travelling to Jersey for 54 years (with Condor) and will not go back again unless there is a change ferry company! there was no consideration for our welfare or health

我们最终确实找到了住宿的地方，但并非他们提供的列表上的那些酒店，因为那些都已经订满了。此后我们虽收到了DFDS的赔偿，但这笔款项远远不足以弥补我们所花费的住宿与各项开支。DFDS完全漠视我们的处境，因此我们绝不会再选择与他们合作出行。54年来我们一直乘坐Condor公司的渡轮前往泽西岛，今后除非换一家渡轮公司，否则我们不会再去了！他们根本不顾及我们的福利与健康。
