点评：The service delivered is a joke, unrealistic, stranded and poor! Been coming over as a fright customer for a good couple of months, DFDS doesn’t actually run its own service anymore as there only boat caught fire!
HMS Arrow is like being on a floating prison tiny, cramped poor food. The Stenna boat is bigger but still poor. As fright (tools of the trade) we have to pay double as normal vehicle, bearing in mind it’s a Transit custom not a lorry! Booked a cabin but yet you’re forced to share because the crew have occupied most of the cabins on the boat! Your sharing with other fright customers who you’ve never met let alone anything about them! Considering the price tag we pay you expect your own cabin!
If your on either the Arrow or Trader you eat at the times they give you. The Stenna boat they give you times and never stick to them. They say food till 21:00 but by 20:30 all the food has been removed and your left with nothing. Your food voucher is just and meal and a dispenser drink. Condor you got a two course and drink as standard! And if you wish to swap your drink to a yogurt, oh god it’s the end of the world with these people.
I personally looked at being my family over to the island on holiday, but no way with this lot! I’d rather swim

如果你乘坐“箭号”或“贸易者号”，他们会按照规定的时间用餐。“史坦纳号”虽然会给出用餐时间，但从来不遵守。他们说食物供应到晚上9点，但到了晚上8点半，所有食物就都被撤走了，你什么也吃不到了。你的餐券只包含一份餐食和一杯饮料。康多尔酒店的标准套餐是两道菜加一杯饮料！如果你想把饮料换成酸奶，天哪，跟这些人在一起简直就是世界末日。
