Not great at party’s for 2yr olds

点评：Would like to say I have had the worse experience at imagines yesterday, my daughter booked it for my grandsons 2nd birthday party and the experience was not a pleasant one. When we arrived we was told we were on a table in the play area until the party room was available for us which would not be until our 90 min play was up . When we got to the party room after they played which took a while to get us in and then after them doing the bday cake and being seated to then be given there hot food which was in a box and had been sitting there when we first got in the room , they didn’t get there food until they were seated so already had started going cold . They had 5-10mins to eat there food before the host then coming back in and telling them to put shoes on and take there cake so felt very rushed. A couple of children hadn’t even finished there food and was trying to get there shoes on and wanted to take their food home with them for them to turn round and their food had been taken by the host resulting in them not having it. When going to complain about this to the manager who quiet frankly I thought was rather rude and had an answer for everything I said about their policy and they clean as they go and they were not rushing us couldn’t just offer an apology or even I will take it on board and speak to the staff or maybe we need to look into this and maybe offer for younger children the option of doing an hour play and an hour in the party room just thought better customer service was needed and maybe take on board that not every customer is the same. Understand their needs.
The soft play for younger children is very good and coming to visit in the week which is now available is very good for non school age children but the party side was a real let down and I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children here, which is a real shame.

翻译：我想说，昨天我在Imagines的经历糟透了。我女儿为我孙子预订了那里的两岁生日派对，但体验却非常糟糕。我们到达时，被告知要先在游乐区的桌子上坐一会儿，等90分钟的游玩时间结束才能进入派对房间。等我们终于进入派对房间（之前花了不少时间才安排进去），孩子们玩了一会儿，然后才切完生日蛋糕，我们入座后才拿到热食。热食装在盒子里，在我们刚进房间时就放在那里了。孩子们入座后才拿到食物，所以食物已经开始凉了。他们只有5到10分钟的时间吃饭，之后主持人就回来催他们穿鞋、拿蛋糕，感觉非常匆忙。有几个孩子还没吃完，正忙着穿鞋，想把食物带回家，结果转身发现食物已经被主持人拿走了，他们什么也没吃到。我去向经理投诉这件事，坦白说，我觉得他态度很差，我跟他说的关于他们的政策、他们会边走边打扫、而且他们也没有催促我们什么，他都一一反驳，连一句道歉都没有，或者一句“我会考虑并跟员工沟通”之类的话都没有，更别提“或许我们需要调查一下，也许可以为年龄较小的孩子提供一小时游乐和一小时派对室的选择”了。我觉得他们需要更好的客户服务，也应该考虑到每个顾客的需求都不一样，理解他们的需求。
儿童软体游乐区很不错，现在工作日也开放了，非常适合学龄前儿童。但是派对区真的让人失望，我不会推荐给年龄较小的孩子，这真是太可惜了。
