It’s merely okay but venue is stunning

点评：I had extremely high expectations for this place, particularly given its reputation and the luxury experience it promotes. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of those.
We had booked a luxury cabana, but upon arrival we were told that a storm a few days earlier had damaged that section of the beach club. We were offered another cabana and told that the price had been reduced to reflect the change. What we weren’t made aware of was that the alternative was essentially a standard cabana, positioned directly behind two other guests on sun loungers. What was particularly disappointing was that we noticed several of the luxury cabanas on the other side of the pool were occupied, suggesting that the luxury section was still operating and that there may have been other options available.
The venue itself is beautiful, and it’s easy to understand why people are drawn to it. However, the food was just okay rather than exceptional, and for a place positioned as a luxury experience, it was the service standards that really let it down.
For example, towels were simply handed to us rather than being placed and arranged on the beds. On its own, this may seem like a small detail, but these are exactly the small touches you expect from a luxury beach club, particularly given the location and prices.
On both occasions that food was brought to us, we weren’t provided with any napkins. We also ordered a five-piece sushi platter and were not given chopsticks. When we asked, we were told they had run out.
I also ordered wine, and while I completely understand that it is served in plastic glasses, the glasses provided looked visibly dirty and hazy. Again, it’s a small detail, but these details matter when you are paying for what is supposed to be a luxury experience.
Overall, the setting is undeniably beautiful, but the service and attention to detail did not match the luxury positioning. There were simply too many small things that, collectively, made the experience feel average rather than exceptional.

有两次，食物被送来给我们时……我们没有得到任何餐巾纸。我们还点了五块装的寿司拼盘，却也没拿到筷子。询问后得知，筷子已经用完了。
我还点了葡萄酒，我完全理解为什么会用塑料杯来盛酒，但提供的杯子看起来明显很脏且浑浊。这虽只是个小细节，但当你为所谓的“奢华体验”付费时，这些细节就变得很重要了。
总的来说，这里的环境确实非常优美。不过，其服务品质与对细节的把控并未达到豪华定位应有的水平。实在是有太多小问题了，这些问题累积起来使得整体体验只能算一般，称不上是卓越。
