I canceled my reservation FOUR days in advance, yet Drivo charged me a $150 cancellation fee—which was more than double the cost of my actual rental. While they hide behind their "terms and conditions," charging customers an excessive fee that exceeds the value of the rental itself feels completely unreasonable and predatory.
When I called customer service to dispute the charge, I was given the runaround. I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, only to be told that no supervisor was available. No one was willing to address my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance.
This experience has left me feeling completely taken advantage of. A company that treats customers this way does not deserve their business. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and working with my bank to dispute this charge.
