点评:Absolutely terrible experience with Drivo. The car they gave us was in horrible condition from the start — covered in dents, reeking of cigarette smoke, and the seats even had cigarette burns. It honestly looked and smelled like it had never been cleaned or inspected.
To make matters worse, the battery died while we had the car. We had to jumpstart it ourselves just to get it running again. When we called Drivo to request an exchange for a functioning vehicle, they flat-out refused. Instead of helping, we were treated extremely poorly by Mike, the corporate supervisor for customer service. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero concern about the condition of the vehicle or the inconvenience we experienced.
Being stuck with a poorly maintained car that literally couldn’t start, while being spoken to disrespectfully by customer service, is unacceptable. This company clearly does not care about vehicle safety, cleanliness, or customer support.
Additionally, the shuttle service is advertised to start at 6:00 AM, but the supervisor responsible for the keys showed up late. As a result, we didn’t actually leave the lot until 6:17 AM. Fortunately, we had enough time and were still able to make our flight, but if you’re on a tight schedule, this delay could easily cause problems. Based on our experience, the shuttle service was not reliable.
I would strongly recommend avoiding Drivo at all costs.
