Bad experience with Camplify Hire
Camplify的点评
点评：This year we decided to hire a Campervan for a weeks holiday outside of Perth,WA. So instead if using a highly reputable company and to lower our costs we went with a preowned vehicle. A week hire cost us $2700
The vehicle selected was from as advertised Nelson Brown. Initial correspondence was with a person named Hanah and all sermed well and we were looking forward to the break. Campsite booked and we were set.
Then the bombshell landed on the day of pickup we we told that there was no hot water facility. A essential requirment for camping. Dont use the awning as it is misfunctioning. But we had to proceed given other booikings in advance and at this stage we had no alternative.
On arrival at our destination then the saga continued. No cooking facilitys with faulty cooker. The dirt in the cupboards and on further examibation no chairs to sit on, they wrre broken and a black outside table. Why really why did i go this way with booking.
On return we informed Hire Company of the various faults and the owner who incidentially was no more than 30 did not satisfy us with a reasonable refund. We hired the vehicle for 6 days.
Then to find that the return of the vehicle was on the morning of the 6th day. But we paid for the full day in the contract. Camplify charged for the Full Day.
In conclusion. Camplify gave us $400 refund while Nelson Brown the owner only offered $200. Not much when we paid $2700 for really 5 days. I strongly recommend people Dont Use Camplify, avoid if need be Nelson Brown Campervan. Use a reputable company like Apollo. Lastly Camplify need to up their game and carryout periodic checks on owners and the state of their vehicle. Revise their hire rates to avoid paying a full day when its not necessary.

最终，Camplify只退还了我们400美元，而车主Nelson Brown只愿意退200美元。考虑到我们实际只租了5天，却支付了2700美元，这点钱根本不够。我强烈建议大家不要使用Camplify，如果必须的话，也尽量避免选择Nelson Brown Campervan。选择像Apollo这样信誉良好的公司。最后，Camplify需要改进他们的服务，定期检查车主和车辆状况。他们应该调整租金，避免不必要的整天收费。
