点评：Sad writing this review the space is absolutely gorgeous with wonderful art throughout however, they were unable to compliment that with appropriate level and continuous to aid the dining experience. It seemed empty as when we arrived and left from 5 to 6 PM. They were only three tables in the entire dining room. This means our execution should have been flawless. We ordered two beverages, which were fantastic. The child fashion is one of the best old-fashioned I’ve ever tasted in my life. Had the experience stopped there. It would’ve been five stars or at least four. My partner and I decided to share the ribeye. After a rather lengthy discussion with the owner, who was quite kind if not a bit long-winded. Looks to be a good cut of meat dry aged was walked through the entire process again by the owner. In the stake arrived more than60% of it was cooked medium well or well done I had ordered a medium steak typically this wouldn’t be the largest issue however this wasa $70 stake. It barely had salt on it and a large portion of it was just inedible due to it being tough and overcooked. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he said he would have a conversation to the sous chef no offer to re-cook no offer to do anything for compensation no offer of free dessert as someone who has managed restaurants and worked in restaurants in general for over 20 years. Over $150 later and I still ordered us a pizza later. It’s kind of unforgivable while I will return for that delicious old-fashioned. I will not eat another steak until this place has been open and finds its legs. Great concept, great location, great idea poor execution.
