Disappointing Start to Our Trip with Travalot

点评：As a couple, we just started our trip today, and we’re already feeling frustrated with our experience booking through Travalot. We had high hopes for our getaway to Malaysia, but things have not gone as planned.
From the moment we reached out to Travalot agents for assistance, we encountered issues. The communication was lacking; responses were slow, and we often felt like we were being brushed off rather than receiving the help we needed. We expected a smooth booking process, but instead, we were left with more questions than answers.
Upon arriving in Kuala Lumpur, we were hit with another setback. When we checked into our hotel, we were told that our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait for an astonishing seven hours. We were exhausted from our flight and just wanted to settle in, but instead, we found ourselves sitting in the lobby with no updates from the staff. It was incredibly disappointing and made us feel like our vacation was off to a terrible start.
When we finally got into our room, it was far from what we expected. The hotel was not well-maintained, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. We felt misled by the descriptions provided by Travalot, and it’s hard to shake off the feeling of being let down. Arena hotel in KL
With our trip just beginning and already filled with frustrations, we are unsure how the rest of our stay will unfold. We sincerely hope things improve, but we cannot recommend Travalot based on our experience so far. If you’re considering booking with them, we suggest looking for other options that might offer better service and support. We’re regretting our decision to book with Travalot and hope to salvage the rest of our trip.
