Save yourself from Travelot, their employees and entire team are fraud

点评：Booking with Travelot was a complete nightmare from start to finish. What was supposed to be a relaxing and well-organized vacation turned into a disaster due to their sheer incompetence and lack of accountability. Their so-called "24/7 support" is a joke. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and never take responsibility. Every time we tried to escalate the issue, we were told someone would get back to us—they never did.
I’ve traveled extensively and never encountered such disorganization and indifference. Travelot completely ruined my trip, wasted our money, and left us stressed and stranded multiple times. They don't even check basic things like whether local travel is available near the hotel or not. They booked my hotel where local buses are not available. Their manager, Mr. Satyam, does not take any responsibility for any mishappening. He will bluntly say, 'It's your mistake'; we have provided you with vouchers.' I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Instead of a leisure trip, they provide a hustle trip.
Save yourself the trouble. Choose literally any other travel company. If I have to give a rating to them, I will give NEGATIVE INFINITE. Such a pathetic service provider they are.
