点评：Zero stars. DO NOT USE INDIE CAMPERS. Please do yourself a favour and read all the reviews and find the numerous FB groups about 1000s of people horrible experiences with them. Their vans are filthy inside and out, (that’s IF they have the one you booked) they don’t honor the booking contracts and just don’t care. There is zero ways of actually talking to a human not AIBot and I have tried. Two weeks after drop off (where we were told all was great and our security deposit was returned) we have been stung by $2000 worth of charges on our credit card for “damage” there was no damage (well no new damage, the van had an incredible amount of damage when we got it) We cannot talk to anyone or get an actual response from a person. Since found out this is their MO and they do this and worse to so many people. It is a horrible company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
