Indie Campers的点评
点评：We had serious issues with our Indie Campers van from the very beginning. The fridge wasn’t working, which resulted in around €200 worth of food being ruined. The van also had an engine problem that made it difficult to accelerate properly on the highway, which was quite scary.
We did have a little damage to the van while parking the vehicle, and fully accepted responsibility for it. We were completely willing to pay for the damage we caused. What is extremely frustrating, however, is that despite repeatedly explaining the mechanical and equipment issues that were present from the start, Indie Campers completely ignored our complaints and charged us the full amount for the damage without acknowledging any of these problems.
We simply expected the serious faults with the van to be taken into consideration and for the situation to be handled fairly.
The way Indie Campers handled our complaint was incredibly disappointing. After such a stressful experience, their complete lack of accountability made things even worse. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.
