点评:Pick up took 2 hours because their internet was not working. The air con unit leaked for 3 days in heavy rain. The company offered only their commiserations, no real assistance. The fridge froze all the food, the van was dirty and there was food caked on the blinds, the headlights were aimed at the trees, a part had been fixed with duct tape prior to leaving, the side door constantly opened on even slightly bumpy roads and the van needed a wheel alignment. At drop off, the depot guy was playing on his phone while I listed the problems. He didn't care at all. Now they are saying that they have paid 1,999 of the security deposit back when they clearly have not. They have also billed me 1,500 for a dent that they sent a blurry pic of. No metadata to prove it was taken on the day of drop off. I have footage that proves the dent was not there at drop off. If you don't believe me, there is a fb group called Indie Campers Bad Experiences- there are HUNDREDS of bad reviews from all around the world.
