Worst travel experience with Bina Travels ,Darjeeling.

点评：It was a horrible experience with Bina Travels . Pathetic is an understantement for the services received .Vehicles was never on time except 2 times in the whole travels and also when requested the reply was " “gaadi to 9 baje tak rahegi uske baad aap dekhlo” just after the day whole payment was made .We requested for Innova but we did not got it .We recommended hotels of our choice and asked you to book….but car/ vehicles were completely yours … we had mentioned desire and Innova for lachung as it was a 6 hours journey and that too uphill we got xylo whose seats can’t be adjusted still we didn’t complained….
We missed sunrise in Darjeeling because driver came late …
You didn’t told us that toy train tickets are to be booked from IRCTC portal the other day someone explained but we were late so we missed toy train ride also.
The drivers are so rude that if you complain they simply says "doosra gadi dekh lijiye "
Travel triangle should also scan travels before registering them on there platform as it also impact their image .This was my worst experience with them and will never recommend any one for this .
Attaching the photo of car that has dropped us to airport and that too the driver was not fully having the document of the car . We have to wait in hot condition with out ac in airport entrance .

Travel Triangle也应该在预订前对你们的车辆进行审核。把他们注册到他们的平台上，这也会影响他们的形象。这是我跟他们打交道最糟糕的一次经历，我绝不会推荐任何人使用他们的服务。
