Terrible experience with Bina Travels. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

点评：The hotels provided were of very poor quality and did not meet even basic standards. When we complained about the hotel conditions, the staff was extremely arrogant and refused to take any responsibility, simply saying that she “could not do anything.”
The room heater was faulty, which directly affected my child’s health and caused her to fall sick. Because of this, we had to cancel one day of sightseeing and stay back at the hotel. Despite this being a genuine medical reason, the company did not compensate for the driver charges for the cancelled day.
What was most disturbing was the behaviour of the company representative during this situation. When I tried to discuss possible compensation directly with the driver, the company person threatened us to get down immediately from the cab while we were returning to the hotel. This was extremely unsafe, intimidating, and completely unacceptable, especially since we were travelling with a child.
Overall, this was a complete waste of money. There was no accountability, poor customer handling, and zero concern for customer safety or child welfare.
Strongly not recommended. Never book with Bina Travels.
