I chose this company even though I found cheaper options because they had a Russian-speaking manager I could consult with, and I decided to pay more for that. Everything went well until after the dive, when I spent a week trying to contact them and simply asking them to send me the footage from my dive, but received no response. Eventually, I was sent only two videos recorded on the boat, while I was told that the underwater footage was missing because I had allegedly used the GoPro incorrectly and was responsible for it not being recorded. But if I did not know how to use the camera, how was I able to record those two videos? They could not explain this to me. As a result, I have no footage at all from my first dive, which was the reason I paid extra for the GoPro. After that, they agreed to issue a refund. I waited several days and then another three days as requested. When I asked about the refund after those three days, I was told that if I continued contacting them about it, they would change their mind and not refund the money at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience with the service.

Ho scelto questa compagnia anche se avevo trovato opzioni più economiche, perché avevano un responsabile di lingua russa con cui potevo consultarmi, e ho deciso di pagare di più proprio per questo. Tutto è andato bene fino a dopo l’immersione, quando per una settimana ho cercato di contattarli semplicemente per chiedere di inviarmi i video della mia immersione, ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Alla fine mi hanno inviato solo due video girati sulla barca, dicendomi che i video subacquei mancavano perché avrei utilizzato la GoPro in modo scorretto e che quindi era colpa mia se non erano stati registrati. Ma se non sapevo usare la videocamera, come ho fatto a registrare quei due video? Non sono riusciti a spiegarmelo. Di conseguenza, non ho nemmeno un video della mia prima immersione, che era proprio il motivo per cui avevo pagato un extra per la GoPro. Successivamente hanno accettato di effettuare un rimborso. Ho aspettato diversi giorni e poi altri tre giorni, come mi era stato chiesto. Dopo questi tre giorni ho chiesto informazioni sul rimborso e mi è stato detto che, se avessi continuato a contattarli a riguardo, avrebbero cambiato idea e non mi avrebbero restituito i soldi.
