点评：Would never go back.
On entering reception we weren’t acknowledged for about 10mins standing in the freezing doorway.
We were then told it was £10 each to hire a towel, robe locker etc. In all my years of going to spas they are always complimentary. I have still not had my deposit back almost 3weeks later.
It wasn’t explained how the spa, treatments, lunch would flow, thankfully I asked as the boy said we had to go back to reception 10mins before our treatment. We would have missed them if I hadn’t of asked him.
I had to get up three times through our meal to get my own drink, then for sugar and then for condiments.
The whole afternoon in the spa was awful. So overcrowded, at one point we couldn’t get into the steam room, sauna or jacuzzi and embarrassingly we couldn’t sit anywhere as all the sun loungers were taken. We felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed.
For the treatment we stood back in the freezing cold reception waiting, not being acknowledged. We nearly missed our treatment as we weren’t told to go round to the corner to the actual spa area. We didn’t even know it was there as no one told us.
The girls were lovely, however we didn’t enjoy the massage. They asked our troubled areas which we both said our shoulders. Sadly they were barely worked on or touched, just continually a very generic sweep over the back. Again given I ran a spa and had massages weekly, I can only say they must be very new to the industry.
I understand you have accommodate for your members too, however we are paying for a relaxing and an experience. You need monitor who may people are going in.
For me the customer service was appalling.

我们站在冰冷的接待处等着，却无人理睬。差点错过了我们的疗程，因为没人告诉我们要绕到角落去真正的水疗区。我们甚至都不知道那里有个水疗区，因为根本没人告诉我们。
按摩师们很可爱，但是我们并不享受按摩。她们问我们哪里不舒服，我们都说是肩膀。可惜的是，她们几乎没怎么按压我们的肩膀，只是机械地、毫无章法地扫过背部。考虑到我自己经营一家水疗中心，而且每周都做按摩，我只能说她们肯定是新手。
我知道你们也要照顾会员，但是我们花钱是为了放松和享受体验。你们需要监控一下进店的顾客。
对我来说，你们的客户服务糟透了。
