The absolute worst facial and customer service I have ever experienced.

点评：I don’t write reviews unless I’ve had exceptionally good or exceptionally bad experiences. Unfortunately, this was exceptionally bad. Turf Valley bills itself as a luxury spa. It is anything but. I booked a spa day with a my BFF and it was a day of contradictions. Pros: The facilities are beautiful, and my massage (Natalie) was excellent. We enjoyed the pool for a few hours before our treatments which was lovely. Cons: The worst facial of my life. The “esthetician”, if I can call her that was extremely rough, she applied all products directly onto the eye area, getting much of it into my eyes itself. I asked her several times to tell me what she was applying to my face before/as she put it on - which she did maybe 3 times - despite repeated requests and a host of product being applied to my face. I was actually scared as to what she was doing and didn’t feel safe enough to complain in the treatment room. I walked out with a brutally red face, covered in hives. When I went to the front desk to ask for some help and was curtly told no one with any experience could help me and if I wanted to wait an hour, the “esthetician” that injured me would be available to consult. There was no manager available either. As it was after 5pm at this point, we couldn’t stay another hour. I was promised a call by a manager the next day. I did get a call from an assistant manager the next day who offered nothing but excuses and blamed me for the poor service. When I told her that I at least wanted a refund for the facial she told me it wasn’t possible and that she would have a manager call me the next day. Which obviously did not happen. Please don’t waste your money here - unless you are just popping in for a massage with Natalie.
