Terrible service, no management response

点评：I scheduled my first Spa Day, and was treated poorly, lied to, and left without an answer.
As we got to the end of the facial, it became clear the aesthetician (Sh?) was going to skip the extraction part - what I booked for. I asked her when she was going to do them, and she LIED to my face saying she couldn't see any. I went home and dug out my 10-year old Biore strips and it was filled with blackheads. I went back to ask for a do-over, and after multiple calls I was promised one. The do-over was for a mini-facial, where they do everything BUT condition the skin for extractions. I have had a call into the manager for 3 weeks now and they keep lying to me some more. The aesthetician is still there. My calls go without a response, and I am stuck with more money on a generous gift certificate I don't want to use. I used to live in a Md town with lots of small businesses and I always got a quality facial. This is not the place to go for one.
