No Refund for Trip L&L cancelled

点评：I've traveled with L&L a few times before with no issues. However, things have gone down hill.
I had paid for and was scheduled to take a trip to New Orleans on Oct. 11-15, 2024 through Ladies & Luggage travel group. The trip host, called the night of Oct. 10 (night before we were set to leave), saying Ladies & Luggage cancelled due to the "inability to secure vendors" or something along those lines.
On Oct. 12, I emailed Ladies & Luggage requesting a full refund and did not hear back. I also called and didn't reach anyone. On Oct. 16, Ladies & Luggage sent an email stating they were closed 'effective immediately' and didn't signal how consumers can receive their refunds.
Many other ladies (some seniors on fixed income, etc.) have also tried to reach out to get a refund with no luck. We are ALL out thousands of dollars due to this company abruptly shutting down with no resolution of funds lost.
I am owed approx. $2,650 for the New Orleans trip. As of today (Nov. 14, 2024), I have not received any further emails or calls regarding how and when I will be refunded.
The lack of accountability when it comes to refunds for everyone impacted is totally unacceptable!!
