点评：I cannot speak high;ly enough of IMAGINE CRUISING . From the booking to return home everything was smooth. For 4 seniors this was very important!
The booking was made easy and thereafter every time I had questions the telephone was answered almost immediately and my questions dealt with quickly, patiently and by people I could very easily understand...... Faultless service which I may say comes as a big surprise in this day and age.
We and 2 friends were on Cunard cruise from Barcelona to Trieste and then 4 nights at the Italian lakes. At every point clearly spoken guides were waiting as we disembarked and in Italy our accompaning guide, ANGELO, was absolutely exceptional in every way.
All the hotels were extremely good, high quality hotels and, in fact pre departure, Imagine changed our allocated hotel in Barcelona because they had had negative reviews of the one originally booked for us.
The exceptional experience we had of Imagine ( we used them previously pre Covid for South American and Faulklands cruise) would certainly make us recommend them and also use them again without hesitation.
