Awful, don’t bother!

点评：Abysmal, don’t bother. Booked this for my mum for her birthday and was really disappointed to say the least. Changing rooms dysfunctional, had a bucket under the sink filled with dirty water. One of the toilet cubicles didn’t lock at all, and the other the lock barely kept the door shut. No flip flops/slippers provided so had to walk on floor where outside shoes had been to get to the spa which was down the hallway from the changing rooms. Lockers didn’t lock and there were robes and towels in some and not others.
The problems didn’t end there.
Upon entering the spa everything appeared nice, however when going to get in one of the hydro pools we noticed just how dirty everything was. Hair and scum, mould and just all round dirty, so upset. There was also an open toolkit and water testing kit which not to mention was also mouldy accompanied by a mouldy mug and dirty, dusty floor. When I spoke to the lady behind the desk she sounded surprised that it was dirty but after looking at other recent reviews it baffles me why! I asked for a refund and she seemed rather disgruntled and told me she’d have a manager contact me about it. My mum asked her to start processing the refund now and that we’d contact the manager ourselves later on. Don’t leave unless they’ve started your refund or they may refuse it once you’ve left!

刚进水疗中心的时候，一切看起来都不错，但是当我们准备去泡水疗池的时候，才发现里面有多么脏。到处都是头发、污垢、霉菌，到处都是脏兮兮的，真是太让人失望了。工具包和水质检测盒都敞开着，而且都发霉了，旁边还有一个发霉的杯子，地板上也脏兮兮的，满是灰尘。我跟柜台后面的女士说了这件事，她听起来很惊讶店里这么脏，但看了其他最近的评论后，我实在想不明白为什么！我要求退款，她似乎很不高兴，说会安排经理联系我。我妈妈让她先开始办理退款，我们之后再自己联系经理。除非他们开始办理退款，否则千万别离开，否则他们可能会拒绝退款！
