点评：DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I rented two vehicles in Entebbe and it was the single worst experience I have had with any company ever. Both vehicles were just somebody's car, not from a rental fleet. Both vehicles were in terrible shape, dirty and one was infested with roaches. Both vehicles had to be replaced for completely unrelated mechanical reasons. One of the vehicles was leaking fuel due to faulty seals and they blamed me for it later stating it was consistent with impact damage, seals?. While driving another vehicle the spare tire fell off the bottom and they also blamed me. Another vehicle was barely drivable it was in such bad mechanical condition and also had to be picked up from the hotel. Customer service said they would arrive to help but never showed, offered to pay me $50.00 for the fuel that leaked out and terrible service issues but then only gave me a $20.00. Every vehicle was provided with an empty gas tank. The employee tried to force me to give my deposit in cash because the "system was down". When I was going to walk away from the rental, all of a sudden he said he could send me a link to pay. I could go on and on with all the issues. Don't let cheap prices trick you into renting with this company. I wrote an e-mail to corporate and they took several weeks of me asking for an update to final get the resolution that they would offer me $30.00 as a "goodwill gesture" for all the troubles. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. SCAM COMPANY.
