点评:When a company has 99.9% negative review comments, it is obvious there is something wrong. For the last 10 years, I come to Greece twice a year for 4-6 weeks each time and rent cars. NEVER do i buy insurance because the Credit Card I use (as most CC do) cover. I have never had a problem and the security deposit that rental Companies hold was always returned within hours from the returned of the car. No 30 days, or ..... lol.. Also the cookie cutter management's responses to negative comments are quite telling of a not very honest and/or transparent company. I booked a 30 day rental for Thessaloniki Greece and I did cancel after reading the nightmarish reviews especially the experience and your RESPONSE to those customers that had already purchased a full insurance from A third party. After reading Green Motion's rental policy, it is obvious that they take an adversarial if not plain hostile attitude towards it's customers. Do you really care? Do something about it.
