点评：I struggle giving this a rating of 3 because once we actually got on the boat it was really a fantastic day. Captain Tank & Jay did a great job. While the boat shows some age, it was safe and they showed great care and an attention to safety on board. The drinks were great and we had a phenomenal day on board. The low rating is because of experience with the actual operation.
They should not offer transportation, full stop. I was prepared for an issue after reading the comments, so I called the day before to confirm. I was assured that the pick up was set. The next morning however, no one came. Eventually, after several calls, WhatsApp messages and our hotel concierge calling someone rolled up in a vehicle that was on its last legs. About 40 minutes later.
We arrived at the marina and the boat was ready and we had a great day.
However, same issue on the return. No ride and this time they said the office was closed. And they'd call a taxi but we'd have to pay for it . Well we had given our cash as tips for Tank & Jay , it all worked out in the end and they did cover the taxi.
In addition,I've had hit or miss communication with them as I had requested a credit a week prior because we booked for 7 but we had a cancellation , I was assured they would credit me for the extra person but I've asked 3 times now and no luck.
Also if you have any food allergies, bring your own food.
I know I chose the lower cost option, so was prepared for some quirks, but I honestly think that if they stuck to the water part and didn't offer transportation I would have given it a 5. I think it's a classic case of over promise - under deliver. Don't set an expectation you can't meet. Just have people meet the Capt at the dock and it would save everyone a lot of time and frustration.
