点评：This trip was a completion of a 2020 Italian trip which was cut short due to Covid and Italy closing down. Compass Travel Agency out of Columbus helped coordinate this trip. We were staying in Bassano del Grappa at the Belvedere Bonoto Hotel and asked for a suggestion for Prosecco tasting in the Asolo area, about 30 minute drive from the hotel. The two wineries they suggested was Bresolin Bio and Cirotto. Bresolin was scheduled for 11:00AM.
The drive was pleasant but interesting since we sent up a steep area - mountain foothills where winery and some of the vineyard was located. During this trip I was driving - wasn't too difficult at all with GPS and 360 degree cameras in a Volvo E60. If you're driving the 360 cameras are almost required for us Americans who aren't use to small spaces
When we arrived, the parking lot isn't huge, we parked and were met by the hostess who was conducting the tasting. We tasted 4 wines - Recanto DOC - sparkling wine in a process used since 1600, wasn't a fan of this. 3 different dryness of the Asolo Prosecco Superiore - extra dry, brut, and extra brut - we like all 3 of the Prosecco, my wife favorite was the extra brut while my favorite was the brut. Along with the tastings we were given some homemade bread and salami which were. The hostess, was new to the winery, but very knowledgeable since you worked in the area for many years. The major problem we had on this trip was weight and space. We would have been ahead to bring an extra check-in to get wine. This was worth bringing some home but no room.

到达酒庄后，停车场不大，我们停好车，接待我们的是负责品鉴的女主人。我们品尝了四款葡萄酒——雷坎托DOC起泡酒，采用1600年沿用至今的酿造工艺，但我不太喜欢。还有三种不同干度的阿索罗普罗塞克高级起泡酒：特干型、干型和特级干型。我们都很喜欢这三种普罗塞克，我妻子最喜欢特级干型，而我最喜欢干型。品酒的同时，我们还品尝了自制面包和萨拉米香肠。女主人虽然是酒庄的新人，但知识渊博，因为她在该地区工作多年。这次旅行最大的问题是行李重量和空间。如果我们能提前安排好行李，带上额外的酒水就好了。这次旅行的酒很值得带一些回家，可惜没有地方放了。
